Other costs payable by the renter
Any option charges, charges for special handover arrangements or other individual costs are shown before the contract is formed.
If damage, punctures, theft, loss, late return or other incidents attributable to the renter occur during the rental, inspection, repair or replacement costs, compensation for periods when the bicycle cannot be rented, and other charges may apply under the Rental Terms.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required for every rental. Its amount and method are presented before the contract is formed. The deposit is not a limit on the renter’s liability.

Credit card or another method specified by the Company.
Payment timing
After the Company reviews the rental request and presents the rental conditions, payment must be completed by the specified deadline. The rental contract is formed when the required payment is completed.
Service provision
The bicycle is handed over at the rental start date and time stated in the Rental Conditions Confirmation.
How to request a rental
Submit the rental request form on the website. Sending the request alone does not create a booking or contract.
Cancellation
- At least 48 hours before the rental start time: free
- At least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the start time: 50% of the rental charges
- Less than 24 hours before the start time, or a no-show: 100% of the rental charges
If rain is forecast, you may cancel or change the dates free of charge up to the end of the day before the rental starts. See the Rental Terms for further details.
Cancellation by the Company
The Company may cancel a booking if it reasonably considers safe rental difficult following a pre-rental inspection or other checks. In that case, all rental charges already paid are refunded and the deposit is fully released or refunded.
Returns
Because of the nature of the Service, returning the bicycle after handover generally does not qualify for a refund. This does not apply where circumstances attributable to the Company or other applicable law require a refund.
